Very, if true. But then again, anyone can write anything in here.
I really doubt anyone that benches 265 lbs can run a 1:58

Okay, I'll elaborate, as I do mean what I say on here. I did a 1:58 last year at AAU Junior Olympics, my previous PR being 2:03 against no competition. That was the first time I have been really pushed in an 8.
I had an injury in my Achilles a few months ago, and I decided to give it a month, forgo the rest of indoor, and pick up running for outdoor after 4 weeks. I was in the gym pretty much every day, working on strength all around. I topped out at 265 for bench, with my previous best being around 235 when I ran that 800.

I call bs^ Not true. Anyone can write whatever the want, but if you don't show us hard evidence that you can do all of these at the same time while being in that distance shape, i will say i am sorry for doubting you and call you all mighty jesus.
I think you forgot to add 1:02 HM and a 2:11 Marathon to your list.
I think that squat is lame. Also I believe the 265 bench plus running times. I know I and someone else who could do that. Though we were in our 20s.
You are a hobby jogger who lifts decent weight.
Very impressive overall, but the 10k and squat numbers are weak relative to the other ones.
