3/10, not a sprinter but this doesn't seem right
For this training to mean anything...you need to pinpoint the effort involved for each workout.

My distance runner attempt at a plan for you. All interval days do .5mi warmup and cooldown. If AM, do second part in PM, if PM, do second part in AM
Mon: 4 miles, 6x40m weight room- upper body/core
Tues: 3x300m hard, 4x100 80% plyometrics (jumps, quickfeet)
Wed: 8-12x200m hard weight room- leg day, +bench press
Thurs: 3-4 miles, 6x40m rest
Fri: 3x300m hard, 4x100 80% plyometrics
Sat: 6x60m sprint, 6x40m sprint rest
I'm pretty uninformed, but have seen enough sprinter's workouts to make a guess. If an actual coach suggests something follow that over me, but this will help you improve more than your original outline
edit:
by second part i mean weight room/plyo/rest
spacing didnt work as i had hoped
