So, I know that you can't just predict my time since you haven't seen me run, but I just ran my first high school track meet after some (what I consider) moderate training. Anyway, I ran the 3000m, which I loved, but what caught my eye is that my first mile was a 5:29. Last year after some moderate/hard training, I ran a 6:22 alone (slow I know). If I can run a 5:29 in a 3000m, how fast will I be able to run in senior year (in the mile alone). Oh by the way, after the 3000m, I still felt like I had a decent amount of gas in the tank.
