I'd say for varsity they each can pull at least 1 girl a week, and the top runner can just pick whomever he wants.
They run about 50 miles a week, but the numbers they pull out of their asses are much bigger.

Not sure what you mean by "running type," but how could aris possibly have the success that he's enjoyed with a one-size-fits-all training program? My impression is that he's attentive to individual needs. Don't get the impression either that they obsess over logging x number of miles per week. Aris is a disciple of cerutty after all.
