Rice is very easy to digest, especially white rice. That can actually a problem, how easy it is to digest.
It doesn't matter if you're "prone to constipation", if you eat no fiber you'll be constipated.
Rice doesn't really taste like anything, but thats its main strength. You can eat rice with melted chocolate and it'll still taste delicious.
