Letsrun.com, I ran 4:19 last spring when I was a junior. Times they are a changing, and that's not cutting it at all on the college front. I'm fit as hell, we're talking tempo run's at 5:20. Ten mile runs in 60min. Solid fartlek work. My rust buster was a 2:37 1k a couple weeks ago. I typically suck at aerobic stuff, and I've got 49second 400m speed. What do you say? Do I run a 4:20 for the full mile indoor at my race ten days from now?
