I am training for the 3200 this year for track and my state meet isnt until 6 months. Im building mileage now about 50-70. Should i keep doing tempos or start workout training? Please help

Dont start doing workouts until 2-3 months until your big race, I'd say you can do tempos but make them easier tempos so you dont grind on your body
