There is a certain prestige to bring preposterously wealthy. Thus, town houses and condos in downtown manhattan in the 40-100 million dollar range may be the new super exclusive city living arrangement of today. This is an issue of constant discussion in New York, as most of these are owned by out if town (foreigners) in arrangements designed to conceal the true source of the money and are vacant most of the year. In the realm of "normal" prestige are 2-10 million dollar properties in Manhattan and Los Angeles that are de rigueur for rich, important, commercing folk and socialites. Miami, with less expense per square foot, has less of a (comparatively) professional/business purpose yet still a good deal, and of course lots of mojo and cultural thrust to the exclusive living arrangements.

Of course that is only generally vaguely prestige and maybe Unimpressively so. It all depends on what definitions you are looking for as prestige has many parameters. An interest in certain manifestations of American gentility can take you to the South or Piedmont Atlantic region, or to New England

Way to cherry pick my post. Given the opportunity, as we increase the sample size of posts from your squirrel brain, we can expect coverage of the entire set of errors of argumentation/logical fallacies.

In the post you took out of context, I acknowledged there are many parameters to prestige. Technological/engineering know how is certainly one of them. International business, art dealing, and sexual culture and fashion are also other currencies of prestige in today's world, which is what Miami has going for it.
