haha I think that's the easy part.
But I would suggest you list out what you want. isn't that the idea of resolutions anyway to accomplish your desires and sticking to the things that get you those desires?
As far as running, you may focus on a particular race like a 5K within a certain time frame so you have a goal to reach.
You may even want to increase your running times both speed and endurance.
