It's been 4 weeks since I was diagnosed with a navicular fracture. Does anyone know how long the recovery phase is, also ways to speed recovery etc. help would be great

I've had 3 navicular fractures. I spent many hours searching through LRC in my college days for this topic. Search the forum - there is some good info out there.
My thoughts - Navicular fractures take a long, long time to heal. Commit to long term healing and rehab. I used a bone stimulator during college, but I'm not sure if it was effective.
Take this time off to work on the mechanical weaknesses that are leading to this injury. I ended up having 2 fractures on my left navicular and 1 on my right in the span of 3 years. It was not until I strengthened my hips and worked on hip extension & mobility that I got out of the injury cycle. Figure out your own issues.
As a follow-up:
I'd say I took 10 weeks off of running with 2 of those on crutches and 8-10 in a boot. Then I built back SLOWLY. I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT RUSH BACK! It won't be worth it if you end up injured again. I spent 5 months of 1 calendar year in boot... that sucked.
If you search on navicular stress fracture there is a lot of good info on these boards from earlier years
