Running 1.5 miles in 10 minutes is probably 80% of what you grown ass men can really do, so it is probably equivalent to bench pressing 80% of your body weight = 152 pounds
Came about that from a combination of research on geometry, physiological capacities, power meters, and a ton of introspection, essentially.
