4 mins rest in between.
cool down.
that's a relatively low-volume workout for a 10k, but i kept it small because of your 35 mpw.
not too sure how this will feel though. if you decide to do it, give me feedback.
no no, never mind about the rest -- let's keep it at 2 minutes rest in between. should be okay.
