Ok so I did a marathon about 4wks ago. I'm thinking wow nothing seems that sore or tight I'm good to go..
I took a few days off after the marathon and I get this stabbing pain in my IT band area, right side.. So.. I have been taking some time off, backin off the miles, stretching, foam rolling. It's getting better but I usually will get a little pain about 2 to 3miles in.
So how long is this going to last? I mean I've been getting very frustrated! Not sure what else to do.. Thanks for the help.
