I was under the impression that the 2014 Chicago Marathon would be televised. I guess I was mistaken.
I read an article yesterday that said Wesley gets no appearance money.
I can't believe how shitty the coverage is. Too much presenters, shitty and boring interviews, commercials, cameras and audio not working.
They should get additional motorcycles to show first americans etc.
I'm european and it seems to be the same with every american marathon live stream (Boston,New York, Chicago. Sorry but you should be doing better.
I am glad Employee 1.1 is getting some pub. I was about to type that he's running the race and joke that his goal was to "beat Amy Hastings."
Steve Soprano's bib # is 495. He ran 2:26:46 last year.
The pace will slow down as they will be running into the wind from miles 8 to 23.

44:17 @ 15k. Pretty consistent 4:46/mile pace, happy with that, more chance the pacers will make it to 30k then Kipchoge will go for it and Bekele will follow

Good interview with Steve Jones. In 1985 he ran 2:03 pace for 19 miles. Impressive.

Bobby Curtis and Matt Llano are 30:52-3 at 10k and 46:28-9 at 15k. That's 2:10:42 pace.
Christo Landry was 46:58. Jake Riley and Patrick Rizzo were 47:21 at 15k.
