Any thoughts? I'm sick of seeing kids set PRs quicker than mine after being able to kill them last fall and last spring. I bet I put in the some of the most work out of my league but I'm only ranked 16 (was 15 last year)! It's pissing me off!

Maybe you put in too much work and are fatigued.
Being 16th instead of 15th is meaningless. Are you faster or slower than when you were 15th?
Yeah I really didn't mean anything by league place other than to finish my rant but I'm barley quicker now than I was last year at this time but I haven't come within 35 seconds of my PR from last year. I have only dropped my time by 4 seconds since the my first meet (have had 3). Last year I may have been a tad slower at this time but I was at least seeing improvement from the work I put in over the summer.
Maybe you should copy what they are doing?

Well go back to what you were doing last year. If it was giving you results, why did you change? Ever heard the phrase "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"?
Thanks for the help, Straw!
I'd say you'll have to wait until you taper before you get good times again.
Either that or you're burnt out or peaked somehow during the summer.
