It seems like every run i do i get a cramp. No matter how long i eat until i run or if i do breathing techniques it always comes. I was wondering if i could get some help with this.

more salt in your diet?
I have found if I don't have enough salt in the summer I get the worst cramps during runs..
Also cut out chewing gum...the fake sugar leads to cramps too..
