Mileage, types of workouts, etc.
However, based on how quickly you're fading as the distance increases I'd say you need more miles and would have a tough time breaking 20:00 on the track. Maybe more like 21:00.
I agree, need more info. But based on the 2mile, think breaking 20:00 is a sure thing...
