More interesting news... If you have ever drunk more than 2 ounces of water at one time, you're going to die.

This is, like, twenty year old news.
Risk goes down dramatically and then about 12miles/week it levels off. At 30-ish miles/week, it climbs a little bit. I'll try to draw it. Ignore the dashes. Risk is the vertical axis.
