So I've been averaging 45-50 mpw off of 6:45-6:50 pace. Is there an equivalent number of miles per week for 7:05-7:10 pace? For example, would 45-50 mpw at 6:50 pace be equivalent to 50-55 mpw at 7:10 pace?

There probably isn't such an equivalent, because it's really tough to account for time on your legs. 45mpw at 6:50 pace is 307 minutes on your legs that week, while 55mpw at 7:10 pace is 394 minutes. Also, if you were to take say 120mpw at 6:00 pace and assume more mileage if slower, converting that to 7:00 pace would be fairly intriguing. Such a conversion would mostly deal with the wear and tear on the legs from a higher speed, lower duration vs. a lower speed, longer duration to make such a comparison. I wouldn't worry about it.
Miles are miles.
Nobody knows. Anyone pretending is lying. Don't pretend.
Time is time.
