Hi all
I am a 18year old senior who is a cross country runner. Our coach doesn't really have us do any weightlifting in the offseason, asking that we do it on our own. I am 5'8" and 138lbs - pretty skinny, I'm looking to get a bit stronger to help me with running cross country. (I currently run around 60-65mpw)
I need help creating a workout routine that can be done without much equipment (I have a pull-up bar, dumbbells, etc but not weight machines). I would like to do this routine six times per week (one rest day) for the next four weeks (24 workouts total). The time I can allocate to this is around 45 minutes at the most.
With an emphasis on getting strong for running (although maybe just in general, I'm very skinny), what would be a good routine that I can do?
