I am coming off 18 and then a 20.5 mile weeks and am running a 5k on saturday. I went to the track and did this workout: 3:-- (didn't get time) 3:22, 3:17 (3*800m) and then 6:56 for a mile. Yeah, I'm kind of slow coming back from a stress fracture. I also did a 5 mile tempo in 39:15. Predict it.
