I just recently saw a meme about how Kobe would sometimes get to the gym at 3am and start working out and it got me thinking, how much work can you put in a day for track without over training? Unfortunately, track is unlike basketball or football where you can workout countless hours to improve your skills. If you are restricted to a max of 40 mpw (for the 800), how much can you workout a day? (Ex: add in swimming or biking, etc) Thanks.
