So I have been kinda slacking in my Marathon training, I have a Marathon only 2nd one ever in September.
I was thinking about doing this:
68miles this week
68miles next week
68 miles the week after
46 miles the week before the race
then 20miles that week of the race
Thoughts, I am using the Pfistzinger Marathon 70mile 18 week plan, just been slacking because of work and family.
(1) Is 3 weeks of 68 miles a week in a row too much??
(2) Is one week of a taper too little?
(3) Is running 20 miles the week of the marathon too much or too little?
