You are just kidding yourself, really. Your BMI of 31.8 puts you over the overweight category into the obese category. while not accurate in all cases, unless you are a committed bodybuilder, you are fat. Gain another 26 lbs and you will fall into the morbidly obese category. No judgements, but be honest with yourself.

Best I can remember, I weighed about 150-155 in HS. Stayed pretty close to that through college years of XC.
Now, I am 49, 5-11 and 175. I lift more so I have more muscle and don't run nearly as much. Plus there's a little pudge from too much beer.
