Currently a 3:03 marathoner trying to break 3 hours in the Fall. Thinking about paying a couple hundred bucks a month for online personal coaching to help me. I'm pretty regimented in my training and the McMillan/Pfitz training philospohies have worked for me in the past. If I stay healthy I think I have a reasonable shot at achieving my goal but really like the idea of daily personal contact and feedbck during the training process. Is it worth it? Would appreciate feedback from anyone who has had success with personal online coaching or doesn't think it's worth it.Thanks
