Nate, the general rule is that, whatever you can average for 4xMi, with 2:30-3:00, is what you can run for 5K. ergo, if you averaged around 5:15, you'd be looking at 16:15ish. best of luck

In HS I ran 27 high with a running start and ran 4:27, 2:04, :56....it's called endurance..:)

you ran a 56 but only 27 high? that's some BS. if you ran 56, you could easily run 25 at least.
I ran 457 and was at about 28 pt.
