Yesterday, I struggled to do an easy run at 9:00 - 9:30 pace partly due to dehydration/ not drinking much b4 the run.
Today, I ran an easy at 8:15 - 9:00 pace at a noticeably easier effort (averaged at 8:30/mile)
Is it normal to experience drastic training pace fluctuations due to changes in body homeostasis (like dehydration)?
