I finished a 2h45 marathon this sunday out of 60 mpw during 06 months. Rested monday and tuesday, jogged today. Still sore. How should be my training to recover properly? when should i be back with intervals?
I have plans to run a Half Marathon on june 08 (where i plan to run at a comfortable pace like 1h20) and a Marathon on August where I plan to run under 2h45. Is it too early for another marathon?
