9:19.80 WL. wasn't even a race. After a lap or so she had a big lead. It grew at points to almost 100m. She is fit, and fine.
Have to ask why no one went with after requesting the pace as such. Kept thinking the pack was going to move on her and it never came. She ran fantastic but they conceded victory a bit. Go Emma. Doesn't detract from her awesome run!
I think the field might have thought she was another rabbit and realized their mistake too late.

It shows the general lack of respect Africans have for American runners. First it was Meb, then Emma. I think Americans really should take advantage of this more when the opportunity presents itself.
