I have done 5-8 half marathons my best was a 1:29 PR.
Anyone recommend any resonable coaches or training plans?
I work well with structure and time run instead of miles.
I was thinking.
Monday- 1 hour easy run ascending(treadmill)
Tuesday- 15min warm up/30min tempo/15 min cool (treadmill)
Wed- 1 hour easy run ascending(treadmill)
Thursday- 15min warm up/30min hills/15min cool (treadmill)
Friday- 1 hour easy ascending (treadmill)
Sat- 10k race (then cool down)
Sun- Long run start off at 1:15min-build until 2:10 mins
I was gonna ask this on my triathlon forum but thought you guys were the experts!
