What kind of sickness? She looked like she was running really good?

A PR by 3 minutes, and she made that race, helping 4 runners get under the previous course record.
Taking the 92 seconds she was off the course into account her "running time" half splits were:
1:09:27/1:11:02 = 2:20:29
Nothing much wrong with that pacing. It is possible that her stomach would not have rebelled if she had gone out a bit easier but that's very hard to predict.

During the race…or after???
She really ran a fantastic race. Too bad she had some stomach sickness because she may have run under 2:21

Actually, now that I check the 5k splits again, they don't reflect that she was off the course for anything close to 92 seconds. The splits are much too even for that.
Her 5k splits from 25-40k were: 16:54/17:18/17:22.
Nevertheless, bottom line is she ran best American time ever.

On this coarse.

Fixed, though I don't think there is anything too coarse about the Boston Marathon course.
She never left the course. Fabricated story.
she had to go put more makeup on her belly button. had to look good for the cameras.
Did she have to take a 'Radcliffe'?

Hey fatty, quit being so jealous.
Can anyone else verify or deny this incident? I watched the live BAA feed, which had technical difficulties for about 3-4 minutes. When the stream was back, Flanagan was, too--way back.
fabricated story:
Here are the splits and do not see any of the 5k times where she was 90 seconds slower:
