I've always been really fast but I have never practised Track & Field, don't ask me why.
When I was in eight grade I ran a 12' on 100 according to my teacher who timed me.
Now I feel I want to begin training for speed because I think it appears to be fun. On my first try I ran 12.15, timed from when I started sprinting, timed accurately through a slow-motion video.
After a couple of sprinting sessions on my own and buying spike-shoes I am down to 11.65, taken from a slow-motion video.
This all happened during a course of three weeks.
Do you believe I can run a sub-11 with some sprint-conditioning and practising sprint-form?
I've watched alot of guides online so I know what to strive for when I run, at least I think I know.
I am 17 if that matters, I have deadlifted 463 lbs, squatted 375 and benched 254.
