1-2-3-2-1 3 min recovery between each set, 5:46 pace, which is my HM pace goal. Let me know what you think!

ideally you'd be able to hold HM pace for longer than 1-3 minute bouts. Unfortunately it's pretty clear you are not in that shape just yet
try 3x2 mile or some longer intervals at a pace that feels like HM
good luck

The 1-2-3-2-1 are miles, not minutes. 3min rec between each.

I should have been a bit more clear on the actual workout.
Thanks

Ah. D+
I think this is a good workout. I see a very natural progression to 3-3-3 and then to the race. 3x3mi is my peak half marathon workout.

Ah. D+
Yes you get an A+++ on the actual workout but only a D- on how you presented the question. Everyone thought you were only running minutes and not miles.

thank you, How much rest would you typically do between each 3 mile rep?
So we are looking at about a B-/C+ for an overall score?!

I also had a 3 by 3 miles workout with about 2 minutes rest between efforts.

No, presentation is 90% of the grade, so you get the D+
Based on that workout, you should be preparing for a faster half pace IMO.
Goal is 1:15, race is about 11 weeks out. Have any ideas for what a attainable goal pace would be? Current PR is 1:18
1:14-low 1:13-high

Any workout ideas? Only been doing about one a week for a couple weeks, before that was just easy milage.

11 weeks is a long ways out to be asking what the workout predicts. A lot can change in 11 weeks.
