3:00 P.M.?
I believe the OP asked what time they should run FOR their next 3k. if you're going to try and make friends by mocking others at least do it properly
9:20?
Why do you need to do a 3k? You could probably go out and run 3k now. Try working up to a 10k or half-marathon

So by your logic Rudisha should be running marathons.
Too many intervals and too short. Do 800s or 1000s next time if you want an accurate answer. Better yet, just run a 3k time trial. You would have saved yourself so much time. Why didn't you just do a time trial instead?
the purpose of the workout wasn't just to see my 3k time
~8:43

What was the purpose of the workout?
I have never done a workout that is really similar to yours, so I have a hard time judging what shape you are in. You ran a total of 7.5km with little rest at a little more than 73sec per lap pace (for 300m). I probably couldn't do this workout in my 3K pace, but I could do it for my 5K, so I would guess you are capable of running a 15:15 5K and around 8:50 for a 3K.
Colin Sahlman runs 1:45 and Nico Young runs 1:47 in the 800m tonight at the Desert Heat Classic
