These are distance work outs? Can u hold 5:10ish for 4 to 5 mi. tempo effort? If yes 8:40 minus If no 8:40 plus. Cool weather, low wind, be a little more aggressive with pace, not so good conditions, a little less aggre. Nice 800/1500. Good luck
