Hi guys, I am currently a senior in HS and I wanted to see if I have any sort of ability in running. Just some basic background on me
17 years old
5'9" 155lbs
Ran XC and track and played basketball all 4 years of high school
I don't really do much summer training for XC or winter running for track as I practiced basketball a lot. The most mileage I've ever done a week in the summer is about 15 and the most in the winter is about 10. The most mileage I have ever run in a week is 30 miles, and that was during cross season.
My question for you guys is how impressive are my times for this? I have a XC 5k PR of 17:34 (this is off of a season of less miles a week) and my track PR's are 2:09 4:52 and 10:37 (this is off of about 20 miles per week).
Are these times impressive at all? What could I do to improve?
