Having a debate with someone. During the track season what lane does your teams train in on the indoor track. Like do your sprinters run in lanes 2-3 and middle distance and distance in 5 and 6? Or is it switched or alternated on separate days? Is it harder on a sprinter running fast on curves but going shorter? Or is it harder on a distance runner running slower but obviously running more laps? Discuss?
