For what? If you're racing 3-5k, even 10k, that would be very good training, although you could probably handle 3 per week.
Barring that you're a child, you'd get in shape very quickly, then plateau for a long while.

So it would be like a short cut to peaking, and then I couldn't get faster for a while until hopefully XC season after I build my base again?
I don't intend to do any of this. I was just really curious. I'm following a specific plan by my coach.
