I am a high school runner, and am looking forward to a big track season this year, but have been out for about 3 weeks on an injury. My level of fitness was to where I could do my 11 mile long runs at 7'00 to 7'20 pace. I have been biking 4-5 days a week for 1-2 hours each day at 150-170 sustained heart rate.
