Longest I have every gone by 100 miles, but running is much harder than biking.
But biking is fun due to the different scenery.

nice job! Try RAIN.....Ride across Indiana...165miles in July
Try ODRAM....One day ride across Mich. 145 in Aug!!
I did a 12-hour bike race several years ago and covered 242 miles as I recall. That's the farthest I've gone. That's when I was riding a lot and running just a little. I got burned out on cycling and pretty much just run now.
I'm pretty tired, going to bed, D.
.....Well... I rode 19 miles today...

That is a lot of mileage in 12 hours. I am training to do a 200 mile grave race in under 15 hours.

Do you want to go 5% FASTER! Try this: move your seat up ONE INCH (or more) then slide it forward and SLANT IT DOWN as much as you can (usually 45 degrees). You will go FIVE PERCENT FASTER! The bike is more comfortable and handles better too. You may lower your bars a little too balance your bike out. You want 33% weight on your seat, 33% on your pedals and 33% on your bars. Try it!
