Would a good steepler get used to running with one foot more wet than the other, or would the splashing end up soaking the non-landing foot as well?
I think I'd try to avoid soaking my other foot, but i'd be much less careful about it if i had already soaked the first. Hmmm...i don't know what I would do if i came to a puddle too large to jump across and knew I would have to take one step in it. Do I soak the wet foot again, or the dry one. I think I would keep the dry foot dry.
about 10 years ago, I sprained an ankle pretty badly and when I started back training, I would have the trainer tape my good ankle (though looser than the bad one). I can't remember if the trainers thought of that as a waste of time or not.
