Hey there everyone. So I was wondering last yr I had a PR of 18:21 5k. Been running outside for the majority of the winter working on base for the most part. Haven't done a lot of speed work, but have got some good tempos in.
My question is can I take right off and be in the 18's or maybe even sub 18 for this next race?
I've maintained the same weight maybe a pound or two less..
