Yeah, but do you want to keep asthma inhaler blocking agents, and altitude tents. That's effing cheating too.
From the material I have read about Xenon gas there hasn't been anything that mentions how it could be tested for. It seems it could be part of a biological passport test because red blood cell count included in the test. But, athletes using altitude tents would have the same kind of test result, and they are not being subjected to bans. It is very likely that biological passport testing cannot pin down what is causing a high red blood cell count.

coming down from altitude and rocking a plausible
hct that is natural. and passing all tests .
versus
a totally non possible naturaL HCT due to xenon
and having prove that used it whether it or not due to it.
and given a free pass.
THE Difference in speed endurance with gatlin this year
and others like rupp ,farah if wasnt ill and to late in
season .
back to more reasonable hct nect year . no excuse .
