Seriously, this seems to be a food craved by all runners. Why??? This question is of cours in conjunction with the other thread on here about cereal.
Here's my take:
Most runners run in the morning...no time to eat breakfast...we always want and crave what we never get to have. This is sorta like dieters craving cookies and sweets b/c they never get to have them.
This is just my crazy idea...I'm sure there is a better reason. What do you all think? I just know that there have been many threads about runners and favorite cereal within this site over the past months.
