Recently did a 15x200 workout and I was wondering what I could get in an 800m race right now. Here were the times:
31.2, 30.25, 31.4, 31.11, 31.5 31.52, 30.34, 31.18, 32.12, 30.81, 30.27, 28.31
Did the first 11 in flats. Then last four switched into some spikes, but they were an old pair with rounded tips. Anyways, whaddya think?
