I've always done 5k/10k stuff, but nothing longer. I'm doing a half next month, but I don't know how fast to go.
I've been doing long runs at or just slower than 7:00. Tempo runs around 6:00. I was thinking the half should be around 6:30, but I don't want to leave anything on the table or get in trouble early by going out too hard. Is 6:30 right?
