Guys, i am injured with a burning sensation in my foot, probably plantar facisitis, with plantar warts. "Still do not know the whole thing." I am lifting Weights three-four times a week

Toe ups with weight 10x3

For cross training i followed a thread on here that gives me a workout on a stationary bike, tempo style, farlek, and intervals.
What i am looking for is incite on what can i do to improve myself overall as an athlete. More workouts, diversity, your own input on things you have done. My form is not the greatest, i plant my foot almost heel strikingly when i run. If you could write me a plan on what to do to help me improve myself, i will greatly appreciate it.
