Would anyone want to construct a 28 week marathon training plan for me? I'm planning on going sub 2:50 and would like to build up to 90 mile weeks at least.

You do not need to run 90 miles/week to run sub 2:50. What are your current PR's? I've run 2:38:24 off of 60 per week.
Some do, some don't.

It would be my first marathon. 60 miles a week is not enough for sure.
Scratch that. Predicted time should be sub 2:40 now. Build up to 90-100 mile weeks. First marathon. 25 weeks to get there.Full plan would be appreciated.
how about some PR's at other distances, current mileage to date, etc
34:55 10k and 16:32 5k. Current mileage at 50ish but building back up. Highest week ever was 85 mpw.
Bump
16/35/1:19/2:49.
I'm just going to link Jack Daniels 24 week plan. Use whatever mileage you want, and use tempo paces from the variations table. Do not exceed these paces. Good luck have fun.
If you are currently in sub 35 shape, and you keep a solid long run (20-24) with a good deal of running at MP, you should have NO problem breaking 250...
Thanks! Seems legit
dont neglect speed completely, be able to do 15-18 mile runs on tired legs, goal pace should never be a problem on pretty much any day. dont go out too fast on race day, its the worst mistake you can make
