Hey guys i ran 2:09 last week in the 800 meter dash. Febuary first i want to run 2:05 or under.. yesterday i ran an 800m but i ran 2:12 surprisingly i wasn't too tired at the end of the race... but my coach gave us a hard practice before the meet idk why lol. I also ran a 55 that day in the 400m which i was not tired at the end of the race.. i think i just had an off day. But anyways i Will run 2:05 next saturday. i know i can do it. this week i'm going hard in practice
not to mention this past week we had so much snow so i couldn't do much running for 4 days.. i was so mad. this is my 2nd year in track and field and im a senior i want to go out with a bang! friday may be my last race because it's state sectionals. but if i can run 2:05 or lower i will place. i'm thinking of running 30/30.5/32/32 something like that. It's my last 400m that kills me the most. But i wanna hear from you guys what do you think? :D
