What's alsals weight room routine?
Don't you think that a football or sprinter's routine would be a lot more useful and effective?
pretty heavy weight, low reps mostly squats and dead lifts to focus on leg power output then allot of general strength stuff to work on core balance and what not. nothing too crazy look up steve magness or google the title of this post and I'm sure you'll find some stuff.
